| Recent Meetings |
- Preceding the Annual meeting, the HOA board communicated several times by e-mail, conference call and face-to-face during 2025 to discuss a variety of HOA business.
- Additional HOA meeting information may be found in the By-Laws.

| Dues |
- Dues are collected annually from all property owners.
- Dues are used to maintain the appearance of the entrance, to promote community activities, and to support the actions of the Board.
- Invoices for 2026 Dues will be mailed to property owners following the 2025 Annual Meeting. The current goal is to mail the invoices by the end of October.
- Dues should be paid by Zelle, or by check mailed to Water's Edge Homeowners' Association, P.O. Box 5722, Gainesville, GA 30504. Zelle details will be included in the invoice.

- The Board of the Waters Edge Homeowners' Association is formed and operates according to the By-Laws.
- Per the By-Laws, the Board meets periodically to oversee general operation of the Homeowners' Association.
- Board members serving for 2025-2026 are:
- President: Will Godwin
- Vice-President: Howard Mize
- Secretary/Treasurer: Carl Bedingfield
Property owners interested in serving on the HOA Board are encouraged to
contact a Board member to discuss taking on a specific role, or becoming a member-at-large.
